There are a few steps you need to take before attending a trade show. So let's start with the 5 tips to make sure you are prepared to find a supplier. 

Know what you are looking for 

It sounds quite logical, but this step doesn’t have to be neglected. In fact, trade fairs are huge and there are sometimes several on the same day in different places. By defining clearly what you are looking for (product, supplier, company…), you ensure a productive visit to a trade fair. 

Plan everything 

Your agenda will be your best friend. It’s crucial to plan your day/visit, the most accurate your planning is, the most efficient you will be. If you have someone to visit, suppliers to meet, and people to talk to at the end of the day, you have to give everyone a dedicated time.

 Be attentive to locations 

Vietnam trade fairs are numerous, and there are not located in the same place.
